We are professional organisers and Systematic Homes can help you regain control in your home, making it feel a more relaxing space. Being organised makes life feel less stressful. Life and stuff can become overwhelming. We work at your pace to restore order.

What you keep or discard is totally your choice, we will work with you to help you make these decisions. There will be no pressure from us, our role is to support you and make the re-organisation of your home feel a breeze.

We will always offer more time if it is needed and any additional time will be added to your final bill. You will be kept informed of any additional fees at the time. Naturally, if the job takes less time than originally estimated, we will take this off your final bill.

We are happy to work with you present, or just get on with the job in hand independently. You can be there to muck in or just oversee final decisions. It is entirely up to you. It is worth remembering it might take longer and cost more if you chose not to be there.

Yes. We offer a totally confidential service. We will never share your information with a third party, without your prior consent.

Ideally, we'd like to meet you and see the area we will be organising and decluttering before we start work. This will give us an opportunity to discuss your aims and how we can help achieve these. This also helps us to give you a more realistic estimate of the likely time needed and cost. There will be nothing for you to do before we come in: our job is to take the stress out of the process for you. We also recommend that you do not buy any storage supplies before we start; again we can organise this for you.

We do light cleaning as we are organising. For example, if we were sorting out your kitchen cupboards, we would wipe and dry the shelves before we put things away.

Yes, Systematic Homes is coved by public liability and professional indemnity insurance. A copy of our insurance is available to view on request.
